Meet Daniel Stewart, LEP, CAGS

Hi, I’m Dan. I’m a Licensed Educational Psychologist with 15 years of experience working as a school psychologist in Massachusetts. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with children, adolescents, families, and educators to better understand students’ learning, emotional, behavioral, and executive functioning needs.

My background extends beyond the school setting. Before becoming a school psychologist, I spent six years working in an outpatient counseling agency as both a clinician and team director, and I also served for a year as a middle school assistant principal. These experiences have given me the opportunity to understand children from multiple perspectives—clinical, educational, and administrative—and continue to shape the way I approach assessment today.

I earned my master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City and my Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS) in School Psychology from UMass Boston.

I live in Bridgewater with my family and am a parent of two children myself. As both a psychologist and a parent, I understand how important it is for families to receive more than a collection of test scores. My goal is to provide clear answers, help families understand their child’s individual strengths and challenges, and offer practical recommendations that can make a meaningful difference at school and in everyday life.
